Application Process
Our team of dedicated Case Officers aim to provide you with a fast and efficient service. When you send in an application, you will receive an acknowledgement letter from the Case Officer who will be dealing with the case. Their telephone number is on the letter, enabling you to make direct contact with the person dealing with the case.
Registering with us
If you have not already registered with us, don’t worry. Fill in the Intermediary section of the mortgage application form and we will register you upon receipt of the form. Please also indicate who procuration fees should be paid to and include confirmation of the bank account details. If you wish to register in advance, please use the Professional contact form.
