Society Launches Range of 2 Year Remortgage Products for Existing Customers

The Society has launched a new range of two year fixed rate remortgage products for existing borrowers.

The new house purchase product range offers competitive interest rates and up to 95% loan to value (LTV) in the Society’s local geographical area*.

The Society offers a two year fixed rate mortgage at 1.99%, with a maximum LTV of 80%. The product is available throughout England and Wales, with a £995 product fee which can be added to the loan.

The new range also includes a two year fixed rate mortgage at 2.80% with a maximum LTV of 95%, available in the Society’s local geographical area, defined as postcode areas NP, CF, SA, LD, WR, GL, HR and BS.
