First Time Buyer Event

Whatever your Questions about Mortgages,
Why Not Speak to One of Our Qualified Advisers

If you’re looking to take your first steps onto the property ladder, or if you’re moving house and need a new mortgage, then why not come along to one of the Society’s forthcoming Mortgage Information Days held across our branch network.

The Society’s Mortgage Information Days offer you the opportunity to ask our qualified advisers questions you may have about how the Society handles the house purchase process, including ways in which we may be able to help you save money on your mortgage. The events also provide an opportunity to find out more about the Society’s mortgage product range which offers up to 95% loan to value in our local area*.

The event provides an ideal opportunity for first time buyers to find out answers to key mortgage questions like how much you could borrow, and how much your repayments might be. The Information Days are also useful for home movers who require a new mortgage, or for those looking to save money on their mortgage.

Mortgage Information Days take place from 9am – 5pm at the following branches:

Monday 16th February

Wednesday 18th February

Thursday 19th February

Friday 20th February

Commenting on the Society’s Mortgage Information Days, Chief Executive, Andrew Lewis said: “The Society is proud of the continued support offered to first time buyers who wish to pursue their dream of home ownership as well as supporting the needs of existing homeowners who are looking to remortgage. Holding a series of friendly, approachable events at times and locations suitable to our local customer base ensures that we are able to provide answers to our customers’ queries, and hopefully equip them with enough information so that they’re confident about the entire home purchasing experience.”

Book your appointment today by contacting your local branch.

*Our local geographical area is defined as postcode areas: NP, CF, SA, LD, WR, GL, HR and BS.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home.
