Following the latest Welsh Government announcement (19th December 2020), the Society's branches will only be open for essential transactions from Monday 21st December until further notice. Branches will not be open on a Saturday until further notice.

Mortgage Phone Line
From Monday 21st December to Friday 1st January, our Mortgage Phone Line will be available between the hours of 9am-5pm on weekdays, instead of the usual hours of 9-8pm. Please note, the line will be closed on 24th - 28th December and 31st December - 3rd January.
Savings Phone Line
Please note, the line will be closed on 24th - 28th December and 31st December - 3rd January.
Faster Payments & Withdrawals
If any members would like to make a withdrawal or faster payment, the request will need to be received no later than 12noon on Wednesday 23rd December and Wednesday 30th December. Any requests received after these dates will be processed on Tuesday 29th December and Monday 4th January.
Direct Debits
If your monthly mortgage repayment or savings investment is requested by direct debit every month from the 25th up until the end of the month, due to the Christmas Bank Holiday, December’s payments will be requested and credited to your mortgage/savings account on 31st December 2020 (debiting from your bank account 2-3 working days later). My Accounts
Our online My Accounts service will be available 24/7 as usual throughout the festive period to check your accounts. However, we will only be able to respond to any secure messages sent via My Accounts during office hours, so you may have to wait longer than usual for a reply. Our Head Office will be closed on 24th - 28th December and 31st December - 3rd January.
