Society Christmas Opening Hours

We'd like to wish our members a very happy and safe Christmas.

Please note, our Mortgage Advice line will close at 5pm between 20th December 2021 and 4th January 2022. It will close at 4pm on New Year's Eve.

Our Savings & Customer Contact Centre will also follow the days/times below.

Direct Debit collections for Mortgage & Savings Members over the Festive Period

If your monthly mortgage repayment or savings investment is requested by direct debit every month from the 25th up until the end of the month, due to the Christmas Bank Holiday, December’s payments will be requested and credited to your mortgage/savings account on 31st December 2020 (debiting from your bank account 2-3 working days later).
