Important Information for Members

Our branches, telephone lines, savings, and mortgage account services will be closed temporarily on Tuesday 10th October 2023 for colleague training.

Our telephone lines, savings, and mortgage account services will be closed from 11am on Tuesday 10th October 2023. These services will re-open on Wednesday 11th October.

Our branches will be open from 9am- 11:30am on this date. Our Brecon and Swansea branches will be open between 9am and 10:30am.

Please use the online form on our 'contact us' page during this time.

Online Withdrawals

If you require a withdrawal via My Accounts, please ensure this is requested by 11am on Tuesday 10th October. Any requests received after 11am will be processed the following day.
