Colin Strong

Our Head of Business Lending Colin Strong has been with the Society for more than 30 years. 

 

During that time he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of lending, including investment and residential development funding.

 

Tristram Castling

Tristram understands the Buy-to-Let market and the needs of brokers who work in this sector, thanks to having worked as a Business Development Manager for several years. 

 

He is CeMAP qualified.

Patricia Bicknell

Patricia has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector.

 

She has held roles including Mortgage Advisor and Business Manager for several organisations, including high street banks.

 

Cat Gunning

Cat has been with the Society for 15 years.

 

During her time at the society she has gained experience of specialist lending areas including HMO, multi-unit freehold blocks and semi-commercial.

 

Cat also holds CeMAP and DipMAP qualifications.
