Our Property Development Loans:

  • Security to be in our Core Lending Area: NP, CF, SA, LD, BS, HR, GL and WR
  • Planning permission required
  • For residential property - mixed use schemes considered if predominantly residential
  • Available to Individuals, Limited Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships
  • LTV up to 65% of Gross Development Value (100% of Build Costs)
  • Interest only*
  • Minimum age 21
  • Subject to additional underwriting criteria and suitable property
