If you’re looking to take your first steps onto the property ladder, then why not come along to the Society’s First Time Buyer Event at our Newport City Centre Branch on Saturday 21st May 2016.

The First Time Buyer Event gives you the chance to ask our mortgage advisers any questions you may have about the house purchase process. It also gives you a chance to find out more about the Society’s mortgage product range which offers up to 95% loan to value in our local area*, as well as the Society’s Help to Buy - Wales mortgage product.

At the First Time Buyer Event you can also find out about the Society’s First Home Bonus Saver account, specifically designed for customers looking to save for a deposit in order to purchase their first home, as well as the Society’s Help to Buy: ISA which offers first time buyers an attractive rate of tax-free interest, with an additional 25% Government bonus on the closing balance of the account, when purchasing your first home subject to Help to Buy: ISA Scheme Rules.
