Range of Incentivised Mortgage Products for Existing Customers Launched

The Society has launched a competitive range of three year discounted house purchase products available to our existing borrowers who are looking to purchase a new home.

To reward our existing borrowers, the new house purchase product range offers competitive interest rates, with no product fee, no early repayment charge, and up to 90% loan to value (LTV) in the Society’s local area only*.

For our borrowers outside of the Society’s local geographical area, the Society’s three year discount rate house purchase mortgage at 2.35%, with a maximum LTV of 80% is available for house purchase across England and Wales, with no product fee and no early repayment charge.

The 90% LTV three year discount rate mortgage at 2.95%
also has no product fee which is ideal for existing customers who are looking to make their way up the property ladder, or to retain extra capital in order to carry out home improvements.

Regular overpayments are permitted across the new suite of mortgages, and mixed Repayment/Interest only mortgages will be considered on our 80% LTV product but the interest only element cannot exceed 50% LTV.
