handpost libraryHandpost Community Library
Handpost Community Library aims to reinvent the former Stow Hill Library in Newport into a multi-purpose community resource, offering opportunities for all to learn and engage. They received £1,700 to fund a range of IT and children’s library equipment.

Cardiff City Football Club
MBSCF Football Cardiff Foundation
Our Charitable Foundation awarded the Club’s Disability & Health Department £625 match-funding towards new kit for their disability teams to wear at monthly regional and national competitions.

Cusp SkateparkCommunity Urban Sports Project (CUSP)
CUSP provide skateboard and scooter training sessions to socially disadvantaged groups throughout South Wales, with the aim of improving health and well-being and reducing antisocial crime. They received £3,000 funding to purchase portable ramps, scooters, skateboards, helmets and pads.

The Forest of Dean Children’s
MBSCF LightsCentre
The Forest of Dean Children’s Opportunity Centre provides support to children with physical or mental disablities. They receive no statutory funding and rely solely on charitable grants. Our Foundation provided funding to help purchase a fibre optic curtain and bubble tube.

MBSCF Night ShelterCaerphilly Churches Night Shelter
The Night Shelter provides an evening meal, overnight stay and breakfast to rough sleepers across the Caerphilly borough. They received £990 match-funding from the Foundation to purchase 22 single folding beds.

Shopmobility Newport
MBSCF Shopmobility
Shopmobility Newport aim to give people a greater level of independence through loaning scooters and electrical wheelchairs to people from Newport and surrounding areas. They’re looking to replace their aging stock, and our Foundation donated £990 to purchase a new scooter.
