Mortgage statements

Once a year, we will send you a mortgage statement. The statement will include details of:

  • the payments you have made and the payments that were due
  • the amount of interest that has been charged
  • your current balance outstanding
  • any other transactions which have taken place
  • your current repayment method and term remaining
  • the interest rates charged to your mortgage during the period, together with the current rate that you are being charged
  • any shortfall in repayments at the end of the year

Please keep your mortgage statement(s) in a safe place. A fee is payable if you request a duplicate mortgage statement, as detailed in our Tariff of Mortgage Charges. A fee is also payable if you request a statement covering a different period than the Society’s standard mortgage year, 1st May to 30th April.

If you need a Certificate of Loan Interest Paid to supply to perhaps an accountant or HM Revenue & Customs, please click here to give us your details and we will send one to you by post. A fee is payable for this document, as detailed in our Tariff of Mortgage Charges.
