Important Update: Temporary pause on new business while we upgrade

What this means for you

To prepare for this launch, we’ll be pausing all new business submissions from 5pm on Tuesday 30th September until the system goes live in early 2026. We’ll be keeping the process for existing customers the same, so you’ll be able to process a rate switch, further advance, porting application and transfer of equity in the same way you do now, via our website.

We’ll be working closely with a group of brokers to fully test the new system ahead of the full launch. This will ensure that everything is working as expected and will allow us to incorporate feedback before launching to all brokers. 

We’ll keep you informed with regular updates by email and on our new LinkedIn intermediaries page, Monmouthshire for Intermediaries, so make sure you’re following us to keep up to date as we progress towards launch. 

Key dates 
We’ll be withdrawing all products from the market on Tuesday 30th September.  

From this point onwards we will not be accepting any further applications until our new system launches.
We’re aiming to launch the new system in early 2026, at which point new business will reopen through the new Origo platform. We will update you on a more specific launch date nearer the time.
