Monmouth Branch Closure
The flooding on Monmouth High Street has damaged our Monmouth branch and we’ll be closed for at least a week while we clean up. Our thoughts are with everyone in the community who has been impacted.
While we’re working as quickly as possible to reopen, our priority is with the safety of both our colleagues and customers.
In the meantime, you can access our services through our agencies in Ross and Usk. Our nearest branches are Caldicot and Chepstow. Full details can be found on our website www.monbs.com

Our team will contact any customers with appointments scheduled in the Monmouth branch this week and alternative arrangements will be offered. Our Monmouth branch phone line has been temporarily diverted to our Chepstow branch, where colleagues are ready to help with any queries.
