We're changing our opening hours

As Wales takes it next careful and considered steps into alert level 1, the Society believes it is the right time to return its full-time provision of services.

We have taken a cautious approach to opening over the past year, ensuring our members, colleagues and communities can visit our branches safely and with confidence.

We are continuing to follow Welsh Government guidelines in all our branches, including social distancing, the wearing of face coverings and good hand hygiene, and we request all visitors to our branches also follow the guidelines in place to keep us all safe.

At the Society, we are committed to maintaining a presence on the high street for the benefit our members and the communities we serve and our return to a full in branch service reflects this.
