Monmouthshire join first Welsh Lending event

Monmouthshire Building Society was delighted to join building societies from across Wales last week at the inaugural Welsh Lenders event at Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

The Society joined Hodge, Principality and Swansea Building Societies to host around 150 delegates at the event.

Hosted by Carole Green, Cost of Living Correspondent for ITV Wales, the Cardiff event brought brokers, intermediaries and key lenders together in person. Each lender presented on a different area of criteria as part of the event.

Brokers attending from across Wales also heard from net zero enabler, Sero Technologies, about the work it is doing to support the transition to net-zero across the residential housing sector at the event.

Caroline Barrett, Key Account Manager at Monmouthshire Building Society said: “It was great to see so many brokers face to face to share the opportunity with other Welsh lenders to help brokers place their more specialist cases.”
