We’re making a change to our Saver Plus account
What does this mean for me?
As a valued member, you will be able to operate your account(s) as normal until 31st March 2021. After this date, the balance of your account(s), including interest and any qualifying bonus, will transfer into an Escalator Instant product. You can view the product Terms & Conditions here.
Please remember to continue to pay into your account until 31st March and ensure you meet all other account Terms and Conditions so that you are paid the correct amount of interest and conditional fixed bonus.
Happy to continue saving with us? You do not need to do anything, simply allow your account balance to transfer into an Escalator Instant product automatically on 31st March.
If you do not wish to transfer your account balance in our Escalator Instant from 31st March, please complete the Account Closure Request form included with your letter, sign, date and return this in the pre-paid envelope provided.
