Bank of England Bank Rate Change

It has been well publicised that due to the potential impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) on the economy, the Bank of England announced steps to decrease the Bank Rate, initially from 0.75% to 0.25% on 11th March 2020, with a further reduction to 0.10% with effect from 19th March.

As a result of these announcements, the Society is currently reviewing it products and services. The Society is committed to providing excellent service and products, whilst balancing the interests of all our members. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.
