Beware of unexpected calls about your funeral plans

Consumers are advised not to engage with unexpected calls from their funeral plan provider asking them to transfer money to top up their funeral plan.

These calls may be a scam and customers should end the call immediately, before contacting their funeral plan provider directly using the number listed on the FCA’s Financial Services Register.
