Monmouthshire Building Society Appoints New Non-Executive Director

Liz has more than 27 years’ experience in senior roles within manufacturing and financial services. She was formerly Assistant General Manager at Toyota, leading organisation wide change projects, before transitioning to financial services and becoming Chief Operating Officer at Wesleyan Assurance Society, a mutual based in Birmingham.

She is a non-executive director with a number of organisations, including, West Midlands Growth Company, Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and a trustee of Heart of England Community Foundation.

Debra Lewis, the Society’s Chair, said: "I am pleased to welcome Liz as a member of the board. Her in depth knowledge and experience of not only the financial services industry but also manufacturing will be of great value to the Society. I very much look forward to working with Liz.”
