The Society wins at the Moneyfacts Awards 2022.
The Moneyfacts Awards are highly regarded as a mark of quality for providers operating in our industry and we are honoured to receive this recognition.
The Society was shortlisted, along with some big competitors, in the following categories:
- Regional Lending Provider of the Year
- Best Service form a Mortgage Provider
- Best Building Society Savings Provider
Chief Customer Officer, Eve Wilkins said, “We are thrilled to receive this award which both recognises and celebrates the Society’s position in our industry. Our members and customers continue to be at the heart of all our decision making and inform our approach to developing great products and services. We have an exciting future ahead of us as we continue to expand our branch and product portfolio, with a new branch and office space opening in Cardiff in the Autumn of 2022.”
The Society is currently renovating a new branch and office space on Queen Street Cardiff, that will see new opportunities created in both branch and back office support functions. To complement this work, modernisations are also been made at Monmouthshire House in Newport, creating a more modern and energy efficient Head Office.
