Member Led Insight with TLF Research
From the 20th September 2021, members will be contacted by TLF Research who have been appointed by the Society to carry out some research around our Digital Payment Account project.
TLF will be inviting members to participate in a series of focus groups, taking place via Zoom week commencing 27th September 2021. Our Client Manager at TLF Research is Deb Binks and members are able to contact deb.binks@leadershipfactor.com if they have any questions or concerns.
The focus groups will enable the Society to carry out important qualitative research, giving us a greater understanding of our member's wants and needs.
