Easter Opening Times

We'd like to wish a Happy Easter to all our members who are celebrating.

Please note, our Mortgage Advice line will be closed on Friday 15th April and Monday 18th April. It will remain open on Saturday 17th April between 9am-4pm.

Our Savings & Customer Contact Centre will also be closed on Friday 15th and Monday 18th April.

All of our branches and agencies will be closed for Bank Holidays on Friday 15th and Monday 18th April.

 

Mortgage and Savings Direct Debits over Easter

If your mortgage payment is usually requested by Direct Debit on 15th, 16th, 17th or 18th of the month, these will not be requested until the 19th April 2022, due to the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Please note, it takes 2-3 days for the payment to show on your bank statement.
