We’re opening a brand new branch in Cardiff!
From Monday 3rd October our second flagship branch will open in Cardiff.
The new branch, located on Queen Street, will join a strong network of retail outlets which includes 11 branches and 12 agencies across south Wales, West of England and border counties, giving our members more choice and greater access to our products and services.
Cardiff Branch Manager, Sally Williams said, “The team can’t wait to open the doors Monday morning and welcome everyone into our new home. The branch is modern, welcoming and a great addition to the high street.”
Chief Customer Officer, Eve Wilkins said, “Our members, colleagues and communities are at the heart of all our decision making. By opening a second flagship branch in our capital city, we’re delivering a modern and vibrant branch while also expanding access to financial services in Wales.”
In addition to the branch service, the new Cardiff premises is also being renovated to create a multi-purpose administrative hub that will support the Society’s refreshed approach to hybrid working. The Society will retain its Head Office in Newport, reducing its square footage and creating a more energy efficient building at Monmouthshire House. The new hubs are due to be operational late autumn.
