Please note the seminars are being presented by Bellpenny. Any financial advice offered at these seminars is by Bellpenny only and not Monmouthshire Building Society.

Although thousands of companies in the UK will be affected by Auto-Enrolment (workplace pension schemes) over the coming months, many employers are still unaware of what this will mean for them and their workforce.

In partnership with leading Wealth Planner Bellpenny, Monmouthshire Building Society is hosting a number of free training seminars on Auto-Enrolment during February 2014 to help businesses understand their legal duties and responsibilities, what the financial implications will be and the implementation process.

John O'Sullivan, an Employee Benefit and Corporate specialist at Bellpenny said, “These reforms mean everyone from the small employer who employs at least one person, to a nationwide company is affected so we are encouraging businesses who are starting to think about Auto-Enrolment to come along and speak to us."

Although it may seem a long way off, Insurance companies and Pension providers are already stating that they need at least four months to implement an Auto-Enrolment scheme. This seminar aims to un-tangle the Auto-Enrolment process and considers:

  • Key employer duties
  • When it will affect you
  • Employment Law and other legal considerations
  • The cost implications
  • How to prepare
  • How to implement the duties effectively so that you comply fully with the new rules

Monmouthshire Building Society has partnered with Bellpenny, a wealth management company, to offer our customers access to bespoke professional financial advice.

Seminars will take place on:
