Arranging a mortgage can be an extremely confusing and stressful task. With this in mind, the Society is pleased to offer a comprehensive, user-friendly online mortgage guide which provides key information you may need to consider throughout the entire process of applying for a mortgage or remortgage.

If you’re thinking of buying or remortgaging your home, there are a number of important factors to take into account, and the Society’s guide offers simple, straightforward answers to many of your mortgage questions such as:

  • How much can I borrow?
  • Which mortgage is right for you
  • Costs associated with a mortgage
  • Ways to repay your mortgage
  • What happens after I apply?
  • Mortgage interest and payments

In addition, if you would like to know whether the Society would, in principle, be prepared to consider your mortgage application, you can submit our online Mortgage Decision in Principle Form. Alternatively, why not speak to one of our Mortgage Advisers on 01633 844 351 who will be more than pleased to help.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up payments on your mortgage. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home.
