Member Notice – August Bank Holiday Closure

Our branches and head office will be closed on Monday 31st August 2020 for Bank Holiday.

We’re also giving our colleagues an extra day off on Tuesday 1st September 2020 in recognition of the hard work and support they have given the Society and our members during the current pandemic. We are grateful for your understanding and support of the way we are thanking our colleagues.

Access to funds

Should you need access to funds between Friday 28th and Monday 31st August, please ensure your faster payment request has been received no later than 2pm on Friday 28th August 2020.

Any requests for faster payments received after this time will be processed on Tuesday 1 September 2020.

Please note, if you request a faster payment in any of our branches or agencies on Saturday 29th August, this will not be processed until Wednesday 2nd September 2020.
