Important Information for Members

Our branches, telephone lines, broker, savings, and mortgage account services will be closed temporarily on Thursday 11th April 2024 for colleague training.

Our telephone lines, broker, savings, and mortgage account services will be closed from 11:30am on Thursday 11th April 2024. These services will re-open on Friday 12th April.

Our branches will be open from 9am- 11:30am on this date. Our Cardiff branch will be open between 9am- 11am and our Brecon and Swansea branches will be open between 9am and 10:30am.

Please use the online form on our 'contact us' page during this time.

Online Withdrawals

If you require a withdrawal via My Accounts, please ensure this is requested by 10:30 am on Thursday 11th April. Any requests received after 10:30am will be processed the following day.
